Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Shipping is charged at checkout on every order.

• Making time: 3 to 5 business days. Every piece is personalised to order. Photo and 3D printed pieces can take 5 to 10 days.
• Australia standard: $9.95, usually 2 to 6 business days after dispatch.
• Australia express: $16.95, usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
• International (selected countries including NZ, USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Japan and Singapore): $20.00, usually 7 to 20 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of the world: $25.00, usually 10 to 30 business days after dispatch.

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Customers outside Australia are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees.

Christmas orders: please order by 12 December for standard delivery in Australia before Christmas. Order earlier for overseas delivery.

If a parcel goes missing, contact us and we'll help chase it with the carrier.

Terms of Service

Hearth & Mark ("we", "us") operates this website from Adelaide, South Australia. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a design can't be made or an item is out of stock, and we will refund you in full if we do.

2. Personalised products Every item is made to order from the details and files you give us. Please check spelling, dates and designs before you pay. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logo, photo or artwork you send us, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse designs that are unlawful or offensive.

3. Proofs and colour Where we offer a proof or preview, production starts after you approve it. Colours and timber grain vary naturally and may look different from your screen.

4. Prices and payment Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.

5. Shipping See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns and refunds See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Privacy See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.

8. Intellectual property The Hearth & Mark name, site content, photos and designs are ours. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Designs you supply remain yours.

9. Liability To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for any product is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding it.

10. Shopify Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made with Hearth & Mark, and Shopify is not a party to your purchase.

11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
