Refund policy

Every Hearth & Mark piece is personalised and made to order, so we can't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or for spelling errors in text you supplied.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll repair, remake or refund it, whichever suits you best.

This policy doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
